Dr. Triana has spent his career doing what modern medicine too often forgets to do: listening. What began in surgical training became a practice built on the conviction that a patient is a person first and a diagnosis second.
Along the way he grew increasingly uneasy with a system that rewards volume over outcomes and consensus over evidence. Rather than accept it, he stepped outside of it — and built a practice answerable only to the people in it.
